Venue: Main Event in Stafford

Ticket Cost: $40. It includes a t-shirt, meal, dessert and all you can play bowling, laser tag, gravity ropes, billiards, and a gaming fun card.

Please read the following expectations of the students during the party:

All students must conduct themselves properly, safely, and with good manners on the way to, during and on the way home from the event. All school rules are applicable. Dress code applies at the event and the party t-shirt MUST be worn at Main Event.

We expect to load buses at 1:45 and arrive at Main Event in Stafford at 2:00 pm. We will depart the Main Event at 5:45 pm and return to FSMS at 6:00 pm. Please be on time to pick up your child—the chaperones will be tired and ready to go home! If your student needs to leave the party early because of travel or a specific event, prior arrangements must be made with Dr. Williams and Mr. Hejducek. No student will be allowed to leave early if it has not been arranged ahead of time.

Students who have received in-school or home suspension within 30 school days of the event may not attend. In addition, students must have attended school the day of the event, not be on the behavioral no-go list, and must purchase their ticket in advance. No refunds will be given if the student cannot attend because of one of the aforementioned reasons. No student may attend without a signed permission slip from a parent. No permission slip, no ticket. Please remember that attending the 8th grade End of Year celebration is a privilege, not a right. Unacceptable behavior may result in the student having to leave the event. Parents will be called for transportation. Appropriate school consequences will also be enforced.

Students will be allowed to leave their instrument in their band locker and retrieve it after the party. They will not be allowed, however, to go to their regular school locker upon our return and should not bring a backpack to school that day.
