SHARED DREAMS

Shared Dreams is a facility that provides temporary assistance to registered Fort Bend ISD students when there is a need for uniforms, clothing, toiletries, and school supplies due to a hardship. During the 2015-2016 school year over 3,000 students have received assistance from Shared Dreams. Shared Dreams is not funded by the state or the school district. Grants are written by the District Facilitator, Mrs. Anderson, coin drives held by various campuses, and in-kind donations from the community keep Shared Dreams stocked and available to those that need assistance. There is never any charge for receiving assistance from Shared Dreams to the families that qualify. Hundreds of volunteers, children and adults, help provide assistance with sorting, measuring, and stocking shelves each year.
